No Refund Policy
WRS Transportation Service, LLC – No Refund Policy
All payments made to WRS Transportation Service, LLC are non-refundable.
Once transportation services are scheduled, resources are reserved, including driver availability, vehicle allocation, and routing. For this reason, no refunds will be issued for any of the following:
Missed appointments
Client cancellations
No-shows
Late arrivals by the client
Changes in appointment times or locations
Services canceled by the client for any reason
Failure to provide accurate pickup or drop-off information
If a ride is canceled with proper notice, the payment may be credited toward a future service at the discretion of WRS Transportation Services, LLC, but a refund will not be issued.
Refunds will not be provided due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic delays, weather conditions, medical appointment changes, or third-party scheduling issues.
WRS Transportation Service, LLC reserves the right to cancel or discontinue services if safety concerns arise. In such cases, payments remain non-refundable.
By booking services with WRS Transportation Service, LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
Consumer Protection Disclosure
WRS Transportation Service, LLC is committed to operating in a fair, transparent, and ethical manner in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local consumer protection laws.
All policies, including pricing, scheduling, cancellations, and refunds, are clearly disclosed prior to booking services. Clients are encouraged to review all terms and conditions carefully before confirming any service.
Nothing in our policies is intended to limit or waive any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a provision of our policies is found to be unenforceable under governing law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
WRS Transportation Service, LLC does not engage in unfair, deceptive, or misleading practices. All service descriptions, fees, and policies are presented in good faith and reflect the services offered at the time of booking.
